On June 28th, CNOOC Binhai
LNG project was held at Binhai port economic zone. Dai Yuan, secretary of Yancheng
Municipal Party committee, attended and delivered speeches, including members
of the provincial development and Reform Commission, Hang hai, director of
Jiangsu Provincial Energy Bureau, and Qiu Jianyong, general manager of CNOOC.
